How long is the delivery time for my order?
If you have ordered something from LAMORi, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asia, we can save significant costs on storage and transportation. This allows us to price our products very competitively. Orders typically take an average of 10–15 working days after your order has been processed. If your package does not arrive within the usual delivery time for any reason, please contact us in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee delivery times; they are indicative and for information purposes only.
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, your item may arrive a bit later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this timeframe has passed and you still have not received anything, please email us at customerservice@lamori-london.com. We will then investigate what is happening with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order; how do I do that?
To request a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service at customerservice@lamori-london.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g., #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will then inform you about our return policy. You can then send the product back to us using the courier of your choice.
What costs are associated with returns?
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility at LAMORi. Therefore, the costs depend on the courier. Please note that returns need to be sent back to our supplier in Asia. For more information about prices, you can visit the website of the specific courier you wish to use.
Under what conditions can I return my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the product. However, there are conditions for returns.
You can only return the product if:
● the return period has not expired;
● the product is in its original packaging and all labels are attached;
● the product has not been used.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express, and Apple Pay. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order?
That’s not intended. Please email your full name and your email address to customerservice@lamori-london.com. We will assist you quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please email customerservice@lamori-london.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, the order number (e.g., #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason you want to cancel the order.
